Michael is one of the most helpful and friendly people I've ever had the pleasure to meet and do business with, and it's all obviously completely genuine. He was amazingly patient, responsive, and supportive throughout the lending process, and nothing was too hard for him. I'm someone who pays a lot of attention to details, and I have a tendency to want to scrutinise everything. He was happy to look at all options available and walk me through it all, answering all my questions, breaking down the options and explaining clearly the pros and cons of each. Michael initially did all the legwork and identified the best lending option for me, making it all very clear and simple. However, he was happy to drill down into the details, to reassure me the end result was the best one for my curcumstances.
